改革开放以来,我国劳动力市场不断发展,然而,劳动力市场的发展并不完善,存在着许多的问题.本文主要在阐述当前我国劳动力市场存在的缺陷的基础上,从国家在市场失灵情况下对市场的市场规制和宏观调控来探讨对这些缺陷的矫正。
