采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离东方铃蟾不同组织LDH同工酶,显示出典型的5条带谱。心肌具有以B亚基为主的LDH同工酶谱,骨骼肌以A亚基为主的LDH同工酶谱。用改进后的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法进行种群调查,结果表明A位点和B位点都存在电泳上的变异,各存在二个等位基因。A位点有三个基因型,其频率;AA=53.47%.Aa=39.11%.aa=7.43%;B位点只检出二个基因型,即BB为99.50%,Bb为0.50%。
The LDH isoenzymes from different tissues of Bolliana orientalis were isolated by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and showed typical five bands. The myocardium has a LDH isoenzyme spectrum with the B subunit dominant, and the LDH isoenzyme spectrum of the skeletal muscle is dominated by the A subunit. Using a modified polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method to investigate the population, the results showed that both A site and B site had electrophoretic variation, and there were two alleles. A site has three genotypes, its frequency; AA = 53.47%. Aa=39.11%. Aa = 7.43%; only two genotypes were detected in the B locus, ie 99.50% for BB and 0.50% for Bb.
