山西省侯马汽车运输公司是一个有48年历史的省属公路运输骨干企业,现有职工4000余人,客货汽车500余辆,各种设备400余台,总资产两亿元。公司下设6个汽车队,12个汽车站及焦厂、齿轮厂、铸造厂等6个厂,15个分公司及汽车驾驶员培训学校、农场等。公司营运线路横跨晋、冀、鲁、豫、陕、鄂、浙等7省90多个地市县。公司已形成以运为主,集运、工、贸、农于一体,运、工、贸三足鼎立的多功能、综合性企业。随着改革的深化和各种承包责任制的出现,企业的富余人员越来赵多,这个问题处理不好,将会影响企业的安定团结,
