The purpose of this study was to observe changes in the integral electromyography (I-EMG) versus anaerobic threshold (AT) at increasing and steady workloads. The subjects were 5 male college students (aged 23-26 years). Using Wasserman’s nondestructive technique, AT was measured during a gradual load exercise.
