本文为作者对玉米自交系雄花不孕性反应研究工作的第二次报导。试验结果进一步证实了上一年的初步结论,并得出了另一批自交系对雄花不孕性的杂交反应资料。表明了玉米不同自交系对 T 型及 M 型雄花不孕性其有不同的杂交反应,根据各自交系材料对雄花不孕性的不同反应,可在“不孕化”双交种的选育工作中,对有关的亲本自交系进行相应的配置与不孕性转育。试验结果再一次证实了自交系内部不同植株间,及同一植株的主茎与分蘖间,对雄花不孕性反应,表现不尽一致。
This article is the second report of the author on the research work on male sterility of maize inbred lines. The test results further confirmed the preliminary conclusions of the previous year, and obtained the data of hybridization responses of other inbred lines to male sterility. The results showed that different inbred lines of maize had different hybridization responses to T and M type male sterility. According to the different responses of male sterile materials to inbred lines, In the work of breeding, the corresponding parental inbred lines were correspondingly configured and infertility transferred. The results of the experiment confirmed once again that there was inconsistent performance among different plants in the inbred line, between the main stem and tillers of the same plant, and in the male flower infertility.
