在业内,经常有人说。我们所从事的兽药速个行业其实圈子非常小,转来看去一直是这几个人。这句话很有道理,但把意思说完整了应该是:活跃着的一直是这些人,说其是业界精英一点不为过,他们的举止之间一定程度上在影响着我国兽药行业的发展。先灵葆雅动物保健中国区总经理孙庆平先生可谓其中之一。孙庆平,1984年河南师范大学生物学专业本科毕业。1987年在武汉大学获得遗传专业硕学位。随后在广东暨南大学担任讲师,主讲细胞生物学和遗传学,并在该校建立了细胞培养实验室。五年后,孙先生远赴美国深造,并于1995年获得美国大学(American University)分子生物学硕士学位。随后又在美国马里兰大学(Universityof Maryland)攻读MBA。1997年9月,孙先生从激烈的竞争中脱颖而出。以远东地区当年唯一的作为高级管理人员培养的MBA毕业生加盟先灵葆雅。具有良好的中西方文化素养和较高专业知识背景及MBA资历的他,仅用两个月时间就熟悉了先灵葆雅各种事务规程及其产品,并为先灵葆雅开拓中国大陆的动保市场挑选了产品,因而获得了先灵葆雅总部的高度赏识。1997年11月,随着先灵葆雅动物保健业务在中国的正式启动,孙先生作为先灵葆雅动物保健中国区总经理回到国内。在上海,他制定了先灵葆雅动物保健在中国的第一个五年商业计划,从零开始开展业务。几年后,他培养组建了一支高效、进取、同时具有西方理念和本民族特色的队伍,在中国的主要省份建立了经销商网络,与中国管理动物保健品的各级政府机构建立了良好的个人关系。在他的带领下,先灵葆雅动物保健在中国已具有很高的知名度和美誊度,从创业伊始,在保持盈利的情况下实现了快速成长
