测定微量银的方法较多,目前主要有原子吸收法,光度法等。光度法中又以双硫腙为显色剂测定银较为普遍,原子吸收法测定银虽然简单。快速、干扰少,但由于仪器设备的限制尚不能推广使用;光度法中所用双硫腙能与很多金属离子络合显色,且灵敏度也很高,但测定时干扰大,对试剂和器皿的要求相当严格,根据以上情况,我们把新试剂用于测定银进行了初步的探讨。
