随着社会经济的发展,高等教育事业也得到了进一步的发展,在目前阶段,高职院校得到了良好的发展,数量与办学规模在不断扩大,但是因为生源水平不一,导致学校对学生的教育管理变得更加困难。现在大多高职院校对学生的教育管理水平都较低,管理模式还停留在以前阶段,这种传统的管理模式已然无法适应高职院校的发展需求。本文主要分析了目前高职院校在学生教育管理工作中所遇到的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出了几点创新性的建议。
With the development of society and economy, the cause of higher education has been further developed. At the current stage, the higher vocational colleges have enjoyed a good development. The number and scale of running schools are constantly expanding. However, because of the different levels of students, Education management becomes more difficult. Nowadays, most higher vocational colleges have lower levels of education and management for students, and the management mode still stays at the previous stage. This traditional management mode is no longer able to meet the development needs of higher vocational colleges. This article mainly analyzes the main problems encountered in the work of student education and management in higher vocational colleges at present, and puts forward some innovative suggestions to solve these problems.
