信息不对称 ,一是指获取信息的量与质不对称 ,二是指对信息的评估不对称。信息不对称产生的原因 :前者是因决策层和职工对信息理解的不一致 ;后者是因利益的差异 ,价值观的差异和素质的差异。由于信息不对称直接影响着企业资源配置引致的工资调整。因此 ,必须通过建立改善企业内部信息沟通 ,缩小双方信任差距的制度框架加以解决。具体的解决办法是 :( 1)职工代表参加决策机构 (如董事会 ) ,成为正式成员 ,拥有和其他决策层人员完全相同的信息 ;( 2 )建立所有者、决策者和职工三者利益共同体 ,使三者在同一利益平台上对信息作出评估 ;( 3)改善组织结构 ,使其适合企业内部的信息沟通及管理层与职工的交流。
