热环境下的动特性是进行结构动态响应分析和优化设计的基础。本文对四周简支的飞行器热防护系统钛合金加筋壁板热动特性进行了分析,采用工程计算方法,计算了壁板在500℃下的临界应力,在PATRAN平台建立分析模型,并采用NASTRAN商业软件获得壁板结构热屈曲临界温度。
The dynamic characteristics of the thermal environment is the basis for structural dynamic response analysis and optimization design. In this paper, the thermodynamic characteristics of titanium alloy stiffened panels with simple support aircraft thermal protection system are analyzed. The critical stress of the panel at 500 ℃ is calculated by engineering calculation method. The analytical model is built on the PATRAN platform. NASTRAN Commercial software obtains the thermal buckling critical temperature of the siding structure.
