工程中常用到一些功率消耗较小,需要调速的带式输送机,采用变频调速,设备造价高,这种情况下,采用电磁调速技术是合适的。介绍了电磁调速带式输送机的结构组成,开环电磁调速系统、闭环电磁调速系统的工作原理,电磁调速电动机接线方式。指出了电磁调速带式输送机的特点与适应场合。
Commonly used in the project to some of the smaller power consumption, the need for speed control belt conveyor, the use of frequency control, high equipment costs, this case, the use of electromagnetic speed control technology is appropriate. This paper introduces the structure of the electromagnetic speed control belt conveyor, the working principle of the open-loop electromagnetic speed control system and the closed-loop electromagnetic speed control system, and the electromagnetic speed control motor wiring method. Pointed out the electromagnetic speed control belt conveyor characteristics and adapt to the occasion.
