前不久,笔者到辽宁省黄埔同学会采访,副会长高践为热情地向我推荐被采访名单,其中,黄埔二代、辽宁省气象局副局长王达文的名字,引起我的特别注意:他由一个普通科技干部成长为研究员、副局长,其中定有原委。王达文的父亲叫王威杰,曾是东北大学的学生,东北沦陷后,流亡到北平,眼见日寇铁蹄践踏我大好河山,人民流离失所,王威杰毅然投笔从戎,考入黄埔军校十期。以后参加了台儿庄等战役。1941年,王达文呱呱落地,父亲顾不上亲吻他的小脸,便匆匆驾驶着为滇缅战场提供给养的辎重车,奔波在云贵川公路。
