目的:观察激光治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果。方法:收集我院自2016年1月-2017年2月收治的85例牙体牙髓病患者,分为治疗组与对照组2组,对照组实施根管治疗,治疗组则在此基础上增加激光照射治疗,记录2组疼痛发生率情况,对比2组治疗效果情况。结果:治疗组的疼痛发生率为11.63%,明显少于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05);治疗组的治疗总有效率为93.02%,明显高于对照组的73.81%(P<0.05)。结论:针对牙体牙髓病患者,对其采取激光治疗,不仅能够减轻其疼痛,还能够有效杀菌杀毒,降低感染的风险,提高治疗效果,具有较高的推广价值。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of laser treatment of dental pulp disease. Methods: Totally 85 dental caries patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2017 were divided into treatment group and control group, and control group received root canal therapy. On the basis of this, Increase the laser irradiation treatment, record the incidence of pain in two groups, compared with two groups of treatment effect. Results: The incidence of pain in the treatment group was 11.63%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (33.33%, P <0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.02%, significantly higher than that in the control group (73.81%, P <0.05) . Conclusion: For patients with dental pulp disease, laser treatment can not only reduce their pain, but also can effectively kill bacteria and reduce the risk of infection and improve the therapeutic effect, which is of high value for promotion.
