在实际教学中,以学生为根本,优化课堂教学效果,体育教师不仅要积极培养和鼓励学生对体育运动的爱好心理,还要深入挖掘体育课堂对于学生在成长过程中的德育作用,并且充分发挥教师的主动性、创造性和示范性。让“快乐”成为一种贯穿于体育课堂始终的心灵体验,把“快乐”融入到体育教学中,激发学生的学习兴趣,发挥学生的主观能动性,从而才能促进学生的身心健康发展。
