本文通过对上海市40所医院的1421名医护人员,1019名住院病人进行的调查发现,医患双方在自我保健供求方面存在着很大差距。一方面,患者有强烈的自我保健需求,另一方面,医护人员对自我保健医学的认识及知识水平不能满足患者的需求,大多数病人是从书刊杂志等处获得自我保健知识,而从医疗机构获得的仅占21.1%。为此,笔者提出转变观念,开展教育,培养人才,承担责任,提供服务,以及加强研究等对策和建议。
This paper investigates 1,421 medical personnel and 1,019 inpatients in 40 hospitals in Shanghai and finds that there is a big gap between doctors and patients in the supply and demand of self-care. On the one hand, patients have a strong need for self-care. On the other hand, the knowledge and knowledge level of medical personnel for self-care medicine cannot meet the needs of patients. Most patients obtain self-care knowledge from books, magazines, and other places, and from medical institutions. Only 21.1% was obtained. To this end, the author proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as changing ideas, educating, cultivating talents, taking responsibility, providing services, and strengthening research.
