目的研究无水乙醇凝胶在妊娠期牙髓炎摘除牙髓时的应用,为妊娠期牙髓炎患者摘除牙髓提供新方法。方法麻醉起效后,髓腔内导入无水乙醇凝胶0.5 ml,3 min后行牙髓摘除术。采用疼痛强度语言评价量表进行疼痛强度评价。结果应用无水乙醇凝胶的观察组疼痛强度的评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论无水乙醇凝胶在妊娠期牙髓炎摘除牙髓时镇痛效果明显,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the application of absolute ethanol gel in the removal of pulp during pregnancy pulpitis, and to provide a new method for removal of dental pulp in patients with pulpitis during pregnancy. Methods After the onset of anesthesia, 0.5 ml of absolute ethanol gel was introduced into the medullary cavity and the pulp was removed 3 minutes later. Pain intensity was assessed using a pain intensity language assessment scale. Results The score of pain intensity in the observation group treated with absolute ethanol gel was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Anhydrous ethanol gel has obvious analgesic effect in removing pulp during pregnancy pulpitis and is worthy of clinical promotion.
