目的分析某化工企业合成氨项目存在的职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出职业病控制措施和建议。方法采用职业卫生调查、职业危害因素检测和职业健康监护相结合的综合评价方法,并按照国家相关标准对危害因素采样、检测。结果该企业存在的主要职业病危害因素有噪声、NH3、CO、CO2、催化剂粉尘等,所有危害因素的检测结果均符合国家相关标准。项目的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施设计等符合国家有关规定。结论该建设项目采取的职业病危害防护设施基本符合国家职业卫生标准和卫生要求,从职业卫生角度分析,该建设项目可行。
Objective To analyze the occupational hazards that exist in a chemical plant’s ammonia project, evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and their effects, and put forward control measures and suggestions on occupational diseases. Methods A comprehensive evaluation method of occupational health survey, occupational hazard factor test and occupational health guardianship was adopted, and the hazard factors were sampled and tested according to the relevant national standards. Results The main occupational hazards of the enterprise were noise, NH3, CO, CO2, catalyst dust and so on. The test results of all the hazards were in line with relevant national standards. The site selection and overall layout of the project, the layout of production equipment and the design of occupational disease protection facilities are in conformity with relevant state regulations. Conclusion The occupational hazards protection facilities adopted in the construction project are basically in line with the national occupational health standards and health requirements. From an occupational health perspective, this construction project is feasible.
