抑郁症是精神科的常见疾病之一,也是在内、外各科,尤其是基层医疗单位中可能遇到的一种疾病。本文拟就抑郁症化学治疗的有关问题作一简略介绍,以供参考。抗抑郁剂的分类及其进展简介(一)拟交感胺类药物这类药物的主要药理作用为兴奋大脑皮层,增强意识活动能力。其代表药物有苯丙胺、利它灵(Ritalin)等。过去曾有人用于治疗轻性抑郁症,但现在已很少应用。(二)单胺氧化酶抑制剂(MAOI) Depression is one of the common diseases in psychiatry and a disease that may be encountered in various internal and external departments, especially in primary health care units. Its representative drugs are amphetamine, Ritalin (Ritalin) and so on. Someone used to treat minor depression in the past but it is rarely used now. (B) monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI)
