慈溪市位于杭州湾南岸,全市有3.9万亩(1亩=667平方米,下同)梨园,大多数分布在海涂围垦地上,并已陆续进入盛果期。为提高土地利用率,增加种植业收入,梨农常在这类梨园内于秋冬季套作一茬雪菜,取得了良好的经济效益。盛果期梨园(一般亩产梨果2500～3000千克)所套作的雪菜亩产量达3250千克,套作物产值1950元,扣除工本后,得套作净收入1450元。套作梨园的梨与雪菜的培育管理技术要点如下。
