管理,是指管理主体组织利用其各个要素(人、财、物、信息和时空),借助管理手段,完成该组织目标的过程。学校管理有效性是指根据学校所设置的程序、制度,对学校各种教育资源加以配置和利用,使其资源达到最优化、最大化,激励组织或者个人有效开展工作,事半功倍完成组织目标、教学任务的过程。本文主要对如何提高学生管理有效性提出了几点思考,以期对学校进一步发展进上绵薄之力。
