梭形细胞癌是鳞状细胞癌的一种特殊类型,主要由梭形细胞组成。可发生于身体的各个部位,但发生于鼻腔罕见。最近收治l例鼻腔梭形细胞癌误诊鼻息肉的病例,现报告如下。1病历摘要男,45岁。主诉左侧鼻腔阻塞伴头昏痛3个月,在当地医院给予抗炎,对症治疗,不见缓解,故来我院就诊。入院查体见:左侧中鼻道可见灰白色新生物,质硬,表面光滑,边界清,触之不易出血。头颈部未扪及淋巴结肿大。行鼻腔CT见:左侧
