探讨新建独立学院护理英语方向专业《基础护理学》实验教学面临的问题,建议学校应根据自身情况采取相应的改革措施。包括:成立护理实验教学中心;提升教师护理与英语的知识,与临床接轨;任课教师和护理实验员集体备课、统一操作;采取恰当教学方法,激发学生学习自主性等。从而,进一步提高学生护理英语应用能力、护理技能与临床综合运用能力,适应护理教学新形势发展的需要。
This paper discusses the problems faced in the experimental teaching of “Basic Nursing” in the specialty of nursing English at Independent College, and suggests that schools should take corresponding reform measures according to their own circumstances. Including: setting up nursing experimental teaching center; improving teacher nursing and English knowledge, and clinical practice; classroom teachers and nursing laborers collective lesson preparation, unified operation; to take appropriate teaching methods to stimulate student learning autonomy. Thus, to further improve students’ nursing English ability, nursing skills and ability of clinical comprehensive utilization, adapt to the needs of the new situation of nursing education.
