本文分析了107例肾结核的肾图,其中100例作了X线造影,82例获手术、病理诊断,20例于肾切除术后复查了肾图。107例肾图全部异常,单侧肾图异常44例,双侧肾图异常63例。两侧肾图类型相同的仅1例。另62例两侧肾图类型均不相同,约 2/3病例的病变较轻一侧肾图,为不同程度的上尿路排泄障碍,另外近 1/3还伴有功能损害。患肾切除术前,对侧肾图正常和仅有轻度异常的15例,术后仍保持或恢复正常。结果表明,肾图的表现与肾结核的病理过程密切相关,对肾结核诊断和肾切除预后很有意义。
In this paper, we analyzed 107 cases of renal tuberculosis renal chart, of which 100 cases were X-ray angiography, 82 cases of surgery, pathological diagnosis, 20 cases of nephrectomy after renal examination. 107 cases of renal abnormalities were all abnormal, 44 cases of unilateral renal abnormalities, 63 cases of bilateral renal abnormalities. Only one case of the same type of kidney map on both sides. The other 62 cases of both sides of the kidney diagram types are not the same, about 2/3 cases of lesion on the side of the kidney map, for varying degrees of upper urinary tract excretion disorder, the other nearly 1/3 also associated with functional impairment. Prior to the nephrectomy, 15 cases of normal and only mild abnormalities of the contralateral kidney remained or returned to normal after surgery. The results show that the performance of renal mapping and pathological process of renal tuberculosis is closely related to the diagnosis of renal tuberculosis and prognosis of renal resection is of great significance.
