读者服务工作是图书馆服务性的具体体现。作为“软件”的服务,本文试图从性格、视线、礼貌用语等一些具体细节进行阐述,希望在做好读者服务工作方面,起到一些帮助。
Readers’ service is a concrete manifestation of library service. As a service of “software”, this article attempts to elaborate from some specific details such as personality, line of sight, polite language, and so on. I hope that it will help to do a good job in reader service.
