基于信息指标的活力-组织-恢复力模型,以黑河中游地区的水资源系统为研究对象,构建了水资源系统健康评价指标体系,在确定评价方法、评价指标、评价标准和指标权重的基础上,开展了黑河中游水资源系统健康状态评价。研究结果表明:2000~2002年,系统健康状态良好。2002~2012年,从整体来看,系统健康程度处于快速下降状态,从很健康跌至不健康状态。2007年系统健康程度呈波动趋势,水资源系统处于临界健康状态。但随后,系统再次进入不健康状态。这主要与黑河分水后中游所获水量锐减对该地区的经济和社会发展产生了一定影响。
Based on the model of vitality-tissue-resilience of information indicators, the water resources system in the middle reaches of Heihe River was studied, and a system of water resources health assessment indicators was constructed. The results show that from 2000 to 2002, the system health is good. From 2002 to 2012, on the whole, the system health level is in a rapidly declining state, from very healthy to unhealthy state. In 2007, the health status of the system showed a trend of fluctuation, and the water resources system was in a critical state of health. But then, the system went unhealthy again. This is mainly due to the sharp drop in the amount of water obtained in the middle reaches of the Heihe River after the watershed had an impact on the economic and social development of the area.
