目的建立用反相高压液相色谱测定保健食品中白杨素、高良姜素的方法。方法蜂胶样品中白杨素、高良姜素经甲醇水浴回流提取、C18反相柱分离,在波长268nm处检测。结果此方法得到的白杨素回收率为95.5%~100.8%,RSD为1.1%~2.0%,高良姜素回收率为95.2%~100.5%,RSD为1.6%~2.8%。结论此方法简便快速,准确可靠,可用于对一些蜂胶保健食品中白杨素、高良姜素含量的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of chrysin and galangin in health food by reversed-phase high pressure liquid chromatography. Methods The bezoar and galangin in propolis samples were extracted by methanol-water bath and separated by a C18 reversed-phase column and detected at a wavelength of 268 nm. Results The recoveries of chrysin was 95.5% ~ 100.8%, RSD was 1.1% ~ 2.0%, galangin recovery was 95.2% ~ 100.5%, RSD was 1.6% ~ 2.8%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable and can be used to determine the content of chrysin and galangin in some propolis health foods.
