弹性理论已经给出套筒形零件过盈压配后孔径收缩量λ的计算公式,但算式较繁,机械设计中很少有人使用.因而铜瓦等套筒形零件压配以后,普遍需要进行手工修刮,既浪费大量工时,又影响工件质量,长期来,是生产实践中需待解决的问题之一。本文导出了在包容件外圆(外轮廓)尺寸较大时的简化计算公式及其误差分析,并给出了常用包容件及套筒材料的具体计算公式及图表,能在实用中满足工程精度的要求,现介绍如下。
