目的分析和评价某硫磺回收项目职业病危害控制效果,探讨防护措施与防治对策。方法通过现场调查、职业卫生检测、检查表等方法收集数据和资料,并结合职业病防护设施、个人职业病防护用品等综合分析评价。结果本项目主要职业病危害因素为硫化氢、氨、二氧化硫、甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)、硫磺粉尘、催化剂粉尘、噪声等,其中硫化氢采样CMC超标,达到95.0 mg/m3,其余职业病危害因素浓度或强度均符合国家职业接触限值。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,正常生产后,落实本报告中提出的补充措施和建议,能够符合国家和地方对职业病防治方面法律、法规、标准的要求。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a sulfur recovery project, and to discuss the protective measures and prevention measures. Methods The data and data were collected through on-the-spot investigation, occupational health examination, checklist and other methods, combined with comprehensive analysis and evaluation of occupational disease prevention facilities and personal occupational disease protective articles. Conclusion The project belongs to the construction projects with serious occupational hazards. After the normal production, the supplementary measures and suggestions put forward in this report can be implemented to meet the requirements of laws, regulations and standards of prevention and treatment of occupational diseases at national and local levels.
