调查接触镉25年以上人群血和尿的钙、磷水平表明,肾小管重吸收功能的下降表现在尿钙、磷排泄量明显增高.及时补充损失的钙有利于缓和镉的毒性作用.
Investigation of calcium and phosphorus levels in blood and urine of people exposed to cadmium for more than 25 years showed that renal tubular reabsorption decreased significantly as urinary calcium and phosphorus were excreted, and promptly replenishing the loss of calcium was helpful for alleviating cadmium toxicity.
