社区党建工作没有现成的模式可以遵循,也没有完整的理论作指导。天津市和平区社区党组织坚持从解决根本问题入手,坚持抓住关键环节开展工作,坚持抓好参与率、覆盖率和满意率,围绕社区建设抓好党建工作。针对社区党建面临的问题,提出了认识上要有新理解,工作上要有新思路,体制、机制建设上要有新加强,载体建设上要有新进展,党员教育管理水平上要有新提高的探索之路,打开了社区党建工作的新局面。
