针对油田开发过程中遇到的问题,为提高有杆抽油系统的效率,节能降耗,研制开发了抽油井多参数综合测试系统。文中介绍了其结构原理及组成部分,系统分析了其在抽油井试井、抽油井诊断及抽油井生产参数优化等方面的应用,为油田的生产开发提供大量的系统测试数据。该系统集液面自动监测、抽油井诊断于一体,功能模块化,采集自动化,系统监测油井在不同抽汲参数下的变化情况,同时还可连续监测油井供液能力的变化,开辟了批量测试抽油参数的新途径。
In view of the problems encountered in the oilfield development, a multi-parameter comprehensive testing system for pumping wells was developed to improve the efficiency of the sucker rod pumping system and save energy and reduce consumption. The paper introduces its structure principle and components, systematically analyzes its application in oil well testing, oil well diagnosis and oil well production parameter optimization, and provides a large amount of system test data for oilfield production and development. The system integrates the automatic monitoring of liquid level, the diagnosis of pumping wells, the modularity of functions and the collection automation. The system monitors the changes of oil wells under different pumping parameters and continuously monitors the changes of liquid supply capacity of the oil wells, opening up batch testing New Approach to Pumping Parameters.
