以503株葡萄球菌(金葡球菌401株,表葡球菌102株)为研究对象,通过琼脂稀释法测定万古霉素等11种抗菌药物的最低抑菌浓度,评价其体外抗菌活性,同时对耐药性进行了分析。结果显示:万古霉素、去甲万古霉素和替考拉宁对葡萄球菌的MIC90值分别为1、2、2mg/L,氧氟沙星及利福平分别为8、32mg/L,苯唑西林、庆大霉素、磷霉素及磺胺药物为128mg/L,红霉素为256mg/L。503株葡萄球菌中,136株金葡球菌(33.92%)及102株表葡球菌(28.43%)耐苯唑西林,10种抗菌药物对这些耐药株的MIC90除万古霉素、去甲万古霉素和替考拉宁外,均明显增高。结果表明:万古霉素、去甲万古霉素和替考拉宁对葡萄球菌的体外抗菌活性最强,其次为氧氟沙星、利福平,红霉素、磺胺类及磷霉素最弱
The minimum inhibitory concentration of 11 antibacterial drugs such as vancomycin was determined by agar dilution method in 503 Staphylococcus aureus (Staphylococcus staphylococcus 401 and Staphylococcus epidermidis 102), and its antibacterial activity in vitro was evaluated.
