一1998年度工作回顾在市会计学会和市水利局的领导下,在水利系统各级行政大力支持下,经全体理事和广大会员的共同努力,1998年做了以下几方面工作,一、主动宣传学习《水利产业政策》1997年10月国务院颁布了《水利产业政策》,它标志着我国水利将走上产业化管理的轨道,对水利改革与发展具有重大而深远的意义。水利工作委员会根据中央水利部要“认真做好《水利产业政策》的宣传工作”的通知精神。于1998年3月和8月先后两次组织县区水利系统
