故障现象一辆2006款奇瑞东方之子手动挡轿车,采用三菱4G63发动机,累计行驶6万km。据驾驶人反映,该车停放一夜后,第2天早上发动机无法起动。故障诊断将车拖回修理厂,首先检查蓄电池,已严重亏电;然后外接蓄电池,起动发动机,观察起动机工作正常,可发动机仍无着火迹象。接着进行以下检查。(1)拔下供油管,反复进行接通-断开点火开关的动作,让燃油泵工作,同时用小杯子接住燃油。根据供油管的出油量,判断燃油泵工作正常,并且燃油里面没有沉积水及其他杂质,说明燃油品质也正常。
