有一支朝气蓬勃、能打硬仗的企业党务干部队伍,对于企业党组织发挥政治核心作用有重要意义。据对北京市某区33个企业党组织书记年龄抽样调查,结果表明:平均年龄为53.2岁,40岁以下为断层,41—45岁的仅占0.6%,而56—60岁的占46%。另从一个大型企业的23个支部书记的年龄抽样调查看,平均年龄为49.8岁,35岁以下为断层,51—60岁的占52.3%。
It is of great significance for the Party organizations of enterprises to play a political and central role in having a vigorous and capable party that can fight tough battles. According to the sample survey of age groups of 33 party members in a certain district of Beijing, the results showed that the average age was 53.2 years, the fault was below 40 years old, only 0.6% of 41-45 years old, and 46% . In addition, according to the age sample survey of the 23 branch secretaries of a large-scale enterprise, the average age is 49.8 years old, the age below 35 is the fault, and the 51-60 years old is 52.3%.
