公司治理和内部控制相互影响、相互促进,本文在对二者的关系进行分析的基础上,基于公司治理的视角,提出了加强企业内部控制的对策建议。
Corporate governance and internal control influence each other and promote each other. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the two, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the internal control of the enterprise based on the perspective of corporate governance.
