目的:基于青蒿酸的重要药用价值,对武陵山周边4省8个地区春夏两季黄花蒿青蒿酸含量消长变化规律进行分析。方法:采用有机溶剂法对植物中青蒿酸进行了浸提,TLC法及HPLC法对青蒿酸进行了定性分析和定量分析。结果:5月份和8月份采集的9个样品黄花蒿青蒿酸含量分别为0.964~2.288 mg/g及1.837~3.737mg/g,8月份平均含量为5月份的1.5倍;栽培品种青蒿酸含量高于野生植物;海拔高度在300 m以下植物样品青蒿酸含量较同期海拔高于300 m以上的植物样品高。结论:青蒿酸含量与植物生长期密切相关,成熟生长期植物青蒿酸含量高于幼嫩生长期。
OBJECTIVE: Based on the important medicinal value of artemisinic acid, the changing rule of artemisinic acid content of Artemisia annua was analyzed in 8 areas of 4 provinces around Wuling Mountain in spring and summer. Methods: Artemisinic acid was extracted from plant by organic solvent method. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of artemisinic acid was carried out by TLC and HPLC. Results: The content of artemisinic acid in nine samples collected in May and August were 0.964-2.828 mg / g and 1.837-3.737 mg / g, respectively, and the average content in August was 1.5 times of that in May. The content of artemisinic acid in plant samples above 300 m above sea level was higher than that of plant samples above 300 m above sea level in the same period. Conclusion: The content of artemisinic acid is closely related to plant growth stage, and the content of artemisinic acid in mature stage is higher than that of young growth stage.
