建设好班集体,需要有良好的校内教育环境,也需要有良好的校外教育环境。一年多来,我充分利用了一江(长江)、一山(黄山)、一厂(江阴县钢绳厂)、一村(华西村)、一军(黄山驻军)、一船(渡江第一船)、一堂(徐霞客纪念堂),一馆(江阴县文化馆)、一街(澄江镇人民路)、一人(刘天华)等“十大阵地”来为班集体建设服务,收到了较为明显的效果。我班借助校外阵地促进班集体建设,是从学习“渡江第一船”开始的。同学们从“渡江第一船”当年的老艄公——王小弟爷爷讲述的战斗故事中,具体形象地懂得了“渡江第一船”之所以成为一个英雄集体,是因为他们有共同的革命目标,有团结、互助、友爱的人际关系,有勇于牺牲的骨干队伍,有充满革命英雄主义的集体舆论,有铁一般的组织纪
