这个题目似乎有些刺激眼球,并不是因为笔者现在在做杂志,所以夸大杂志的管理难度,而是不论任何形式的媒体,都有自己容易和困难的地方,都需要因地制宜地制定管理方针,如果不能理解这个道理,永远不能说懂得媒体管理。笔者原来也做过两年多的报纸。通常来说,报纸(日报)的人员众多、出版周期密集、现金流巨大,这些都决定了报纸的管理难度远远超过杂志。但是能够管好报纸的人,并不一定能够管好杂志,反之亦然。首先就是一个重要的工作习惯养成的问题。报纸由于出版周期固定,频次高,其难度在于流程的顺畅和对突发事件的处理能力。而杂志出版周期长,表面看来管理的空间大,允许的变化多,但这恰恰构成了另外一种难度。一般来说,频次高的日报容易形成操作规范,因为压力大:节奏快,很快能让员工形成规律性的工作,养成习惯。一旦良好的工作习惯养成,业务管理流程就
