本文应用吻合血管骼骨移植并Ⅰ期人工种植牙修复下颌骨缺损4例,其中男3例,女1例.年龄18～35岁.手术全部成功.伤口Ⅰ期愈合.移植骨块愈合时间为9～16周,人工种植牙半年摄片示完全愈合,表明对由于外伤、肿瘤等术后造成的下颌骨缺损的修复,是一种行之有效的方法.
In this paper, four cases of mandibular defects were reconstructed with vascular iliac graft and stage I artificial implants, including 3 males and 1 females, aged from 18 to 35 years old. All the surgeries were successful and the wounds healed in the first stage. From 9 to 16 weeks, artificial implants showed complete healing for six months, which showed that it is an effective method to repair mandibular defects caused by trauma and tumor.
