《档案春秋》2011年第9期刊登了米哈伊尔·鲁宾科夫的文章《台海两岸空战秘辛》,披露了大陆解放后国共双方在东南沿海的不少空战秘闻,其中提到“1961年8月2日,解放军在沿海击落了一架国民党军的RF-101侦察机,这也是世界空战历史上超音速飞机首次被击落”。不过作者说,迄今不知道用什么武器击落了这架侦察机。当时我们在福州高炮105师服役,亲历了这一世界空战史上“不可思议”
