复杂问语在人际交往中已引起人们广泛的关注和重视,在刑事侦查讯问和询问中,复杂问语也已被刑事侦查人员作为一种策略或手段。然而,复杂问语毕竟不同于一般的问语,它有着其自身的形态、特征和运用方式。因此,研究复杂问语的形态和特征,以及在刑事侦查中的运用,对于提高刑事侦查效率,及时侦破案情,更有着十分重要的意义。
Complex interrogation has caused widespread concern and attention in interpersonal communication. In criminal interrogation and interrogation, complex interrogation has also been used by criminal investigators as a tactic or measure. However, complex questions, after all, differ from the general questioning language in that it has its own shape, characteristics and application. Therefore, studying the morphology and characteristics of complex questions and their application in criminal investigation is of great significance to improving the efficiency of criminal investigation and timely detection of the case.
