桦甸50吨方炉已经进行了一年多的工业性试验,在这段时期中根据我们观察到的现象和所得到的经验,认为对现有的方炉的改进和生产具有普遍意义。例如运转日期不长、容易结焦、花墙易倒塌、操作不够稳定、发生爆喷等等。桦甸方炉今年1—6月份的运转情况表明,如果撇去停电及机械故障等影响,虽然短期采油率仍可维持在80%以上,但是上述现象已值得我们重视,应该从炉体结构、气流系统设备、操作控制和流程等方面作必要的改进。本文针对有关问题提出体会并加以探讨。
