为了实现英语考试评价信息化,提高江苏省中考英语听力和口语测试评价信度和评价工作效率,江苏省教育厅以“落实《英语课程标准》的要求,促进中学英语教学改革,提高学生综合语言运用能力,从而进一步推进素质教育”为目的,决定从2009年起,全省中考实行英语听力口语自动化考试。测试对象为江苏省全日制初级中学全体九年级学生。
In order to achieve the informationization of English test evaluation and improve the evaluation and evaluation efficiency of English listening and speaking test in middle school entrance examination of Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education promotes the reform of English teaching in middle school and enhances the students’ comprehensiveness by implementing the requirement of “English Curriculum Standard” Language proficiency, thereby further promoting quality education "for the purpose, decided from 2009 onwards, the province’s senior high school entrance examination to implement English listening and speaking automation test. The test subjects were all ninth graders in full-time junior middle schools in Jiangsu Province.
