年轻教师在日常看课过程中,部分教师往往会不知道怎么去看课,手足无措地去看课。个别教师甚至认为,只要下课铃声一响,自己的任务就“光荣”完成了,看课与上课之间会脱节,看课活动也会失去其意义。对于以上一些现象,笔者结合自己多年积累的经验,浅谈对看课的几点看法。一、症状原因(一)不明确目标,思想不重视以甄别和奖惩为目的的看课现象普遍存在于部分地区,听者经常把目光集中在教师身上,而忽视体现教学理念、完成教学
