21世纪是知识和人才的时代,经济的发展和科技的进步对企业提出了更高的要求,企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,必须拥有科学的管理体系,“柔性管理”这一具有鲜明特色的现代管理模式应运而生,实际上它是一种更为人性化、民主化的管理方式。本文从柔性管理的涵义和特点入手,阐述了柔性管理对经济管理的有效作用,并提出加强柔性经济管理的对策。
The 21st century is an era of knowledge and talents. Economic development and advancement of science and technology have imposed higher requirements on enterprises. Enterprises must be in an invincible position in the fierce market competition and must have a scientific management system.
