产钳助产术是现代产科学中占有很重要地位的一种手术,由于其技术比较容易掌握,因此已经广泛的被产科工作者所利用,作为解决阴道难产的方法之一。虽然产钳助产术是一种比较安全的手术,但若下考虑其适应征的是否存在,施行的条件是否成熟而滥加使用,那么造成胎儿的危险和母体的损伤是不堪设想的。因此我们将本手术的应用范围和施行时必须具备的条件,以及这方面的某些具体问题提出并加以讨论,以供同志们在实际工作中的参考。
The forceps midwifery surgery is an operation which occupies a very important position in modern obstetrics. Because of its relatively easy to master technique, it has been widely used by obstetricians as one of the methods to solve vaginal dystocia. Although forceps midwifery is a safer operation, it is inconceivable that the risk to the fetus and the maternal injury would be unimaginable if consideration is given to the presence or absence of conditions and the conditions under which they are used indiscriminately. Therefore, we put forward the scope of the operation and the necessary conditions for implementation, as well as some specific problems in this area, put forward and discussed them for practical reference.
