外翻疾病在老年女性中常见,而对于青少年外翻,常常是难以得到正确的治疗。近期我科收治一例来自广西玉林的青少年外翻患者,该患者19岁男性,因双足外翻畸形12年导致前足畸形难看而寻求治疗,同时具有明确癫痫病史5年,目前口服药物控制,查脑电图提示仍存在中度脑电图异常,在临床查体中,可见手部屈肌张力大于伸肌力量(图1)。
