只有让培养人才的责任从培训部门回归到直线经理,让学习从课堂回归到工作当中,让培训从自创门户回归到人力资源职能,培训才能够真正为企业创造价值。近年来,很多快速发展的中国企业在不差钱的同时,发现人才短缺成为制约企业成长的新瓶颈,于是着眼于培养人才的培训取代绩效考核成为HR的新焦点话题。
Only by letting the training of human resources from the training department to return to the line manager, learning from the classroom to return to work, so that training from the portal to return to human resources functions, training can really create value for the enterprise. In recent years, many fast-growing Chinese enterprises found that shortages of talent became the new bottleneck restricting the growth of enterprises. Therefore, focusing on training of talents instead of performance appraisal became the new focus topic of HR.
