在普通高校普修课体育教学中,体育教师经常采用耐力跑作为评定学生全身耐力水平的方法。全身耐力,也称有氧代谢能力,即用氧燃烧三磷酸腺苷以产生热量的能力。生理学家把最大吸氧量,看成是检查全身耐力水平的最好指标。美国库珀博士认为12min跑的测定值与最大吸氧量关系最为密切,可采用12min跑作为全身耐力水平测定的指标。本文拟通过对我院女大学生进行12min跑的测试,为普通高校女生开展12min跑活动,并将此内容作为考试项目,进行可行性研究。
In general college physical education teaching, physical education teachers often use endurance as a way to assess the level of endurance of students.
